What is a Personal Concierge?
A Personal Concierge is someone who provides a range of services from organizing your home office, running errands, helping you pack for travel, making meals, finding handymen, etc.  Basically, a Personal Concierge handles activities that are necessary, but you don't have the time or interest to do them for yourself.
 
 
Who uses one?
My clients include working couples, single parents, those who travel frequently, those "sandwiched" by helping their elder relatives and those who have many outside commitments.  My ideal client is someone who is ready to draw the line in the sand and put themselves and their family first, so they can be relieved of their energy-depleting to do lists.
 
 
How can I trust you in my home?
Simply Handled completes Background Checks and these are available upon request.  This business is built on trust, and I work hard to gain the trust of my clients and place great value on the relationship.  Since most of my business comes from referrals, those clients who are happy with the services share it with their friends.
 
 

Do you ensure confidentiality, as I'm embarrassed to have others know I'm using your services?

I understand your need to confidentiality and my clients names are never disclosed unless you give permission.  I include this in my agreements so you have my assurance. Any contractor I use signs a confidentiality agreement and is expected to honor clients anonymity.
 
What geographic area do you provide service?
Services are provided in the Minneapolis SW Metro including:  SW Minneapolis, Edina, St. Louis Park, Bloomington, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka.
 
 
Do you provide all the services yourself?
​I have a talented team I call on to assist with tasks, as needed. I let the client know when I'm using another person(s) to help me with their projects.  These individuals have gone through Simply Handled training, background checks and have signed confidentiality agreements.
 
 
Are there any services you don't provide?
Currently, Simply Handled does not offer childcare, elder care, cleaning or transportation services.  If this is something you need, I can find providers, check references and get them set-up for you.
 
 
How do I get started?
There are 3 easy steps to get started:
  1. We have an initial Get Acquainted Meeting (or call) so I can understand your needs and answer questions.
  2. You will be provided with a proposal outlining the service(s) along with a cost estimate and contract.
  3. If you agree to the proposal, just sign the contract and we get started!
